Supply Planning & Inventory Management
Implementing supply planning and purchase planning models to improve inventory accuracy and reduce out of stocks or excess inventory. Create a plan that meets your products shelf life and your customer's requirements.
ERP & Software Systems Implementation
Advising on the selection and driving the implementation or optimization of ERP systems. Support in implementation or transitioning EDI suppliers and connection into ERP systems.

Helping companies analyze sustainable opportunities and develop sustainable strategies, products, and packaging (e.g., using recycled materials, reducing carbon footprint) in response to consumer demand.
Margin Improvement
Analyzing product cost structure and finding ways to improve and product margins and contribution margins across all product lines. Support on implementing cost savings initiatives.
Transitions
Assisting with transitions throughout the supply chain. Providing oversight transitioning to new contract manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouses, ensuring all impacts across the organization are addressed.
Certifications
Driving the oversight and execution of obtaining certifications for products and companies including Non-GMO, B Corp, Organic, Kosher, etc.
